Minimum 1 year experience as a service writer or similar customer facing automotive position required.

Duties - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them - Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues with vehicles - Provide accurate estimates for automotive repairs - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Upsell additional services or products to customers - Maintain a clean and organized work area Skills - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes - Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting - Knowledge of tire service and maintenance procedures - Familiarity with air brake systems and their components - Ability to provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns - Experience with diesel engine repair is a plus - Sales skills to effectively upsell products and services - Attention to detail and ability to accurately estimate repair costs Note:
