Duties for this position include routine clerical work in answering phones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, cashiering and data processing.
This position also assists with duties in Administration, the Village Clerk's office and the Human Resources Division.
Filing, scanning replenishing office supplies, maintenance of copy machine and other job tasks as assigned.
The applicant must have graduated from a high school or GED equivalent with specialized course work in general office practices such as typing, filing, accounting and data processing, and two (2) years of increasingly responsible related experience, or any equivalent combination of related education and experience.
The applicant must possess basic skill level in the Village's current applications of Excel and Word.
The applicant must have the ability to effectively meet and handle the public and communicate verbally and in writing.
Hourly Rate Range:
$20.
85 to $27.
79.
This position is a non-union, non-exempt position, working 20 hours per week.
