DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to) Programming/operating/maintaining Wire EDM utilizing knowledge of working properties and processes for a variety of materials.
Develop/Implement process recommendations for improved efficiency to optimize the programs and processes.
Ensure on- time customer satisfaction with products and service by producing programs resulting in defect free parts.
Take a proactive approach to continuous improvement including productivity, quality & safety.
Act as a Project Leader for the assigned jobs.
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Machine maintenance.
Keep a clean and safe work area.
Multi-tasking and assist with daily machine tasks, and other related duties as required or assigned.
Skills:
Tool and Die Blueprint reading.
Mastercam programming experience using version 2020 or newer.
Proficient knowledge and ability to perform manual G code programing edits to improve the process.
Understanding of different wire types, sizes, operating parameters for best machine optimization.
SolidWorks and CAD proficiency is a plus.
Mold making training or at least five years' experience a plus.
Work effectively with peers and management in a team-oriented environment, assist/train other employees as required and see projects through to completion.
Experience working in an ISO-9001 Quality Environment.
Work in accordance with Company Policies including, but not limited to attendance, confidentiality, safety, and substance abuse.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (minimal requirement) Preferred candidate will have completed a formal apprenticeship or trade school with 4 years of on-the-job experience or 5 years of job experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
