Quality Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Document Specialist to join our team. The Quality Document Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all documentation is compliant. This position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of quality assurance processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify and understand all documents for accuracy and completeness - Maintain document control is compliant per SQF standards - Correspond with Customers and Vendors regarding documentation - Conduct quality audits to identify any discrepancies or non-conformities - Interpret lab results for the Certificate of Analysis Skills:
- Food industry experience is required - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using computer skills and typing skills Job Type:
Full-time Salary:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours:
40 per week Standardize all technical documentation with the management team Obtain technical documentation and add to the database Maintain documentation standards for consistency across all forms of user documentation Obtain understanding of the documentation requirements for GMP and SQF Develop high quality documentation for employees Coordinate the documentation working group meetings Organize documentation provided by team members Evaluate, and recommend new documentation tools and methods in support of documentation improvement efforts Recommended Skills Documentation Good Manufacturing Practices Safe Quality Food Sqf Apply to this job. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
