Conduct research to develop innovative formula and improve processes for Natural and OTC products. Design and develop PFD and P&ID and Evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Develop all tests and monitor performances of processes. Estimate the costs and optimize the production for management. Develop the most effective procedure of operations such as process control, Energy Balance, Polymer reaction and Emulsification.
Requires a masters degree in chemical engineering plus 2 years experience as Chemical Engineer. The qualifying experience must have included at least 2 years of writing SOPs and BPRs, SDS, COA, CMR,NANO with analysis using GC, ISO 9000, GMP, EHS, FDA, OSHA and Color Chemistry techniques.
Alternatively, employer will accept a bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering plus 5 years post-baccalaureate progressive experience as chemical engineer. The qualifying experience must have included at least 2 years of writing SOPs and BPRs, SDS, COA, CMR,NANO with analysis using GC, ISO 9000, GMP, EHS, FDA, OSHA and Color Chemistry techniques.
