Job Description

The Commercial Inside Sales role manages commercial replacement opportunities. Responsibilities include managing the full customer quote process, backing-up Commercial Sales Administrators, and assisting with credit and collection activities.


Duties include, but are not limited to:?



  • Meet face-to-face with and call target Commercial Service and Replacement Contractor accounts.

  • Provide direct support for the Emergency Replacement hotline.

  • Collaborate with management and stores to actively promote and manage emergency replacement programs, marketing and pricing activities.

  • Use developing knowledge in equipment replacement to assist the Commercial District with sales opportunities.



Qualifications


  • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

  • Requires at least 1 year related experience.

  • Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.

  • Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or services, including; marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

  • Knows principles and processes for providing customer service, including; customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  • Effective at written and verbal communication.

  • Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge.

  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.


 

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
